PURPOSE: To reduce the number of links to be cut and to shorten write time by adding switching elements and digital circuits equipped with links that can be cut outside to plural sets obtained by splitting a digital circuit into plural sets.

CONSTITUTION: The digital circuit composed of a bit line LBN+1 and state lings l1n+1Wlmn+1 and exclusive OR circuits E1WEn are added to word lines LW1WLWn and bit lines LB1WLBn. In a set of memory cells MC storing data including more '0' than '1' the data link lin+1 added to the digital circuit connected to the word line LWi is fused and simultaneously the data link lij corresponding to '0' is fused. In sets of memory cells storing more '0' than '1', only the link lij corresponding to '1' is fused. For reading the circuits E1WEn read as initial data. The number of links to be cut is reduced and the write time is shortened.
