DIGITAL LINE MULTIPLEXING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3761795
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem that proper coding speed information cannot be transferred to a voice decoder, since the mismatching between the transmission speed of an actual coding voice signal and an allocated transmission speed on a bearer line occurs, when a tandem pass-through function is tried to be packaged on a DCME for coping with a variable speed.
SOLUTION: By referring to coding speed information, included in a pseudo- voice signal, a coding voice signal that is extracted by a transmission speed decoder 19, or a coding voice signal where speed identification information is added by a coding speed information adder 30 is selected and is outputted to the bearer line.
