PURPOSE: To enable channel switchover during a call without disconnecting the call while securing the transparency of data communication, to eliminate a need for common resources such as a communication circuit among three persons and a OR circuit and to avoid the deterioration of service due to common resource block so as to made the system economical.
CONSTITUTION: A PS40 establishes the radio call time slot of a switching destination, transmits a transmission signal also to the radio call time slot and notifies a PBX10 of the switching request signal. In answer to the switching request signal, the PBX10 connects the incoming time slot of an opponent to the outgoing time slot of the time slot of a BS20 of the switching destination, connects the incoming time slot of the time slot of the switching destination of the BS20 of the switching destination to the outgoing time slot of the opponent, and transmits the switching end signal. The PS40 switches a receiving signal over to the time slot of the switching destination and restores the time slot under utilization.
