Abstract:
To provide an improvement type digital off-set printing ink suitable for digital off-set printing, and a process.SOLUTION: There is provided an ink composition used for digital off-set composition, containing at least one component selected from a group consisting of a curable monomer and a curable oligomer, any coloring agent, any dispersant, any photoinitiator, and at least one non-radiation curable additive which is a solid at a temperature of about 20°C to about 40°C. There is provided a process of digital off-set printing including application of the ink composition onto a surface of an imaging member capable of re-imaging at an ink absorption temperature in which the imaging member capable of re-imaging has a wet fluid thereon, formation an ink image, and transferring of the ink image to a printable substrate from a surface capable of re-imaging of the imaging member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
