Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the position control system and to attain high speed, by compensating the nonlinearity due to the oscillating elements of a speed control system and the sampling of the application of speed command so as to avoid the overshoot of the real position without increasing the tracking position error. CONSTITUTION:A servo amplifier 14, an actuator 15, a load 16, and a speed detector 17 are provided to a speed control system SPC, the actual speed 24 from the control system SPC is integrated at an integration element 18 to output the actual position 25, which is applied to a position detector 19. A position feedback signal 21 from the detector 19 and a reference position command 20 are oprocessed at an operation processor PRC. A speed command input section of the peration processor PRC is provided with a digital compensating element 10. The value of a position deviation input 26 obtained at a sampler 11A of the operation processor PRC is compensated at the compensating element 10 so as to compensate the nonlinearity due to the oscillating element of the control system SPC and the sampling of command application, allowing to prevent the over-control of the control system SPC without increasing the tracking position error.
