Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain effective utilization of a radio wave frequency by reducing remarkably quantity of information to be sent as a radio wave and to reduce the deterioration in communication quality due to frequency selective fading.
CONSTITUTION: A voice sent at a transmitter is decomposed into a voice component 3 and a code symbol allocated to the component is coded by a coding section 4 and the result is sent, and a receiver decodes the voice component from a received code symbol and a voice synthesis section 8 synthesizes it into the voice.
