When the device is used as a DVD video disk player, DVD stream data decoded in a still picture pack/Vpack decoder 3 are transferred to the outside equipment through an interface 7, when a device is used as a DVD audio disk player, DVD stream data decoded in a Apack/RTIpack decoder 8 are transferred to the outside equipment through an interface 13.
