PURPOSE: To eliminate a malfunction, by transmitting a code in P times (N< P<2N-1) to allow just one time operation at the receiver side and at the same time transmitting consecutively other codes if the code to be transmitted is equal to a toggle instruction.
CONSTITUTION: A transmission code 5 corresponding to an ON/OFF instruction of a power supply is delivered and received three times at the receiver side. Then the power supply is changed to ON from OFF. In this case, if a noise 6 which is generated when the power supply is applied is detected, the ON/OFF instruction of the power supply is released by deciding the transmisstion of another instruction at the receiver side. In this case, however, just two words exist for the ON/OFF instruction of the power supply following the noise 6. Therefore the power supply is never turned off. On the other hand, just five words are transmitted for all instruction codes of remote control, and a key is consecutively pushed to an instruction for control of such analog quantity as the up/down volume of sound. Thus the analog quantity is changed at a constant speed, and therefore the instruction code is consecutively transmitted. This can eliminate a malfunction.
