Title:
DIGITAL SERVO CONTROL SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6247717
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain an inexpensive digital servo control system at a high speed and with high accuracy by performing only the prescribed four rules of arithmetic for each sampling cycle. CONSTITUTION:A digital servo system includes a pulse generator 2 for position detection attached to a motor 1 and a counter 3 which counts the output pulses of the generator 2. While an operational CPU 4 is provided for input of the position command increment and the count value of the counter 3 for each sampling cycle. Then a current command that carried out a prescribed arithmetic is delivered to a current amplifier 6 through a D/A converter 5. A proportion control system and an integration-comparison control system are formed for the position and the speed respectively in this control. The detection of speed is carried out by multiplying the primary differential value of the position by a constant. In such a way, only the four rules of arithmetic are carried out for reduction of both the arithmetic time and the sampling time.
