Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the precision of monitor of a transmission line between terminal station equipments by easily superposing a low-speed digital signal and preventing superposition of the low-speed digital signal from having an influence upon a time slot other than the time slot where CRV is generated.
CONSTITUTION: In a transmission part, high-speed data is encoded to a CMI code by a CMI encoding circuit 108, and a CRV encoding circuit 110 gives CRV to high-speed data encoded to the CMI code based on a CRV designating signal 203, and low-speed data is superposed.
