Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a digital video exchange system with high utility by which integrated service information as the system is served to subscribers.
CONSTITUTION: A digital video exchange controller 2 uses a memory (service information table) 41 to manage centralizing various information such as service information or charging information served to subscribers of each video terminal equipment 1 from each video service station 3 and a timer for idle time detection of video control channel detects a time zone when a subscriber views one video channel consecutively (not using a video control channel) and uses the zone to serve various information of the service information table to the subscriber terminal equipment 1.
