Abstract:
To provide γ-diketone or an analog thereof for activating Wnt/β-catenin signal transduction and treating or preventing diseases related to the signal transduction.SOLUTION: There is provided a compound of the formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In the formula, A ring is 7- to 12-membered heteroaryl and a carbon atom on the ring binds to carbonyl carbon; B ring is selected from a group consisting of phenyl and 5- to 6-membered heteroaryl, and a carbon atom on the ring binds to carbonyl carbon; Ris a substituent binding to the A ring and independently for each occurrence, H, unsubstituted Cto Calkyl or the like; Ris a substituent binding to the B ring and independently for each occurrence, H, unsubstituted Cto Calkyl or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None
