Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (Lys is L-lysine; R1 is benzyloxycarbonyl or H; R2 is cyclohexyl or benzyl).
EXAMPLE: A H-Lys-Lys-NHBzl acetic acid salt expressed by the formula.
USE: An antiallergic agent.
PREPARATION: The aimed compound is obtained by subjecting a lysine derivative expressed by formula II to condensation reaction with a lysine derivative expressed by formula III (X2 is amino protecting group) preferably in the presence of equimolar amounts of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and N-hydrosuccinic imide normally in a solvent such as chloroform, DMF at -30W50°C.
