To provide a direct acting robot in which not only miniaturization of moving parts and miniaturization of whole apparatus are promoted by eliminating a cable bear, but also generation of noise and dusts, and electromagnetic influence to other devices are decreased, and consequently applicable range of facilities are enlarged.
A power receiving coil 15 faces a power feeding coil 14 which is arranged at a rail section 11, and contactlessly receives power necessary for driving a motor 13 by magnetic resonance with the power feeding coil 14. Consequently, a structure of a power cable for supplying driving power of the motor 13 and a cable bear for housing the power cable is not necessary. Since the power is contactlessly transmitted between the power receiving coil 15 and the power feeding coil 14, occurrences of noise and wear due to contacts between components, and dusts due to the wear are significantly reduced. Further, unnecessary electromagnetic wave radiation is also reduced.
