To provide a tape cutter which can be easily affixed and cut because a cut surface is returned and affixed to a tape body or stuck to the tape cutter, and a tip projection of the tape is troublesome after the cutting through an envelope sticker, a mending tape, a double-sided adhesive tape or the like is structurally convenient outward of an adhesive surface.

An adhesive surface of a tape holding and affixing unit is directed outwardly, and a tape pressing unit is added thereto to allow the affixing and cutting by a single hand. A tip of the tape is allowed to be easily projected so that the length from a tape cut part to a tape body, i.e., the tip length for the next affixing is about 3 cm. The tip can be affixed by the tape pressing unit by a single hand. The tape can also be easily cut while following the flow of the affixing work.
