Abstract:
A direct call support device 100 that: calls a prescribed voice communications terminal device 210 if a press button switch 112 has been pressed on an in-car terminal device 110 that can be retrofitted inside an elevator car; and, if the call is connected, outputs audio data to a telephone network 200 via a communications control device 120, on the basis of audio collected by a microphone 113, and outputs audio from a speaker 114 on the basis of audio data received from the telephone network 200. As a result, direct communication between a user inside the elevator car and an operator at a maintenance management company can be achieved easily and inexpensively.
