Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a height of a device, to reduce flow rate changes in both of an air inflow portion and an outflow portion, and to unify an amount of the air passing through filler materials.SOLUTION: In a counterflow-type direct contact-type heat exchanger in which plate-shaped or concave-convex plate-shaped filler materials 2a are vertically opposed to each other with spaces in a box-shaped container 1 vertically long, to form a filler material unit 2 in which a number of the filler materials 2a are arranged, water is supplied from an upper part of each of the spaces of the filler materials 2a of the filler material unit 2, and air is supplied from a lower part to bring the air and the water into contact with each other to perform heat exchanger and substance exchanger of the air, further the air flows into the filler material unit 2 from a side part to a bottom lower part of the filler material unit 2, and the air is introduced to the side part from a top face upper part of the filler material unit 2, the filler materials 2a of the filler material unit 2 are respectively disposed in a manner that they are deviated to a lower part little by little from the air inflow side toward a depth side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
