Title:
DIRECT CONVERSION CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004072515
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To eliminate distortion of a baseband signal caused by direct current offset components generated by mixtures.

A direct conversion circuit is provided with first to fourth mixers 1 to 4 for receiving a high frequency signal and a local oscillation signal with the same frequency as that of the high frequency signal and first and second multiplexers 8 and 9 for outputting a difference component between the two signals. The phase of the high frequency signal inputted to the first and second mixers 1 and 2 is made mutually different by π from the phase of the high frequency signal inputted to the third and fourth mixers 3 and 4. The phase of the local oscillation signal inputted to the first and third mixer 1 and 3 is made mutually different by π/2 from the phase of oscillation signal inputted to the second and fourth mixers 2 and 4. Common mode component baseband signals respectively outputted from the first and third mixers 1 and 3 are inputted to the first multiplexer circuit 8, and quadrature component baseband signals respectively outputted from the second and fourth mixers 2 and 4 are inputted to the second multiplexer circuit 9.
