Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor capable of making a lead-out position of a 6-brush structure and a lead-out position of a 4-brush structure common without increasing its full length.SOLUTION: At a core side of a specific brush holder 12A which holds any one minus-side brush 10b, a protruding part 12c is provided which is fitted into a fitting groove 13a of a plus-side connection plate 13. A step is included between a core-side end face of the protrusive part 12c and a stepped surface 12d which is formed radially outside of the protruding part 12c and at both sides in a circumferential direction, and a step space is formed in an axial range where the step is provided. A lead-out member 16 connected to the plus-side connection plate 13 is joined to a crossover part 22 of the plus-side connection plate 13 with which an end portion (junction part 16a) at one end side is disposed in the step space, by welding or the like, and an end portion at the other end side is led out of a motor case by inserting a rubber grommet 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
