To provide a direct-current power cable comprising a conductor, an internal semiconductive layer, an insulating layer and an external semiconductive layer and having good space charge reducing effect.
A direct-current power cable in which the internal semiconductive layer or the external semiconductive layer is formed with a semiconductive composition containing a polypropylene-base resin or a low-density polyethylene-base resin and a carbon nanotube and the insulating layer is formed with an insulating composition containing a polypropylene-base resin or low-density polyethylene-base resin and a nano-inorganic particle is adopted. The direct-current power cable, as a final product, has not only an excellent effect in physical properties such as volume resistivity and hot set which are required for a power cable but also increased volume resistivity and excellent space charge reducing effect.
