Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a direct driven actuator to generate smaller amount of dust where the amount of the dust to be discharged outside is reduced as much as possible by evacuating the inside of the direct driven actuator.
CONSTITUTION: A movable loop of a seal band 6 is formed through pulleys 5 which are respectively arranged on each end part in the axial direction in a housing 1, one end of the loop is fixed to one end of a carriage 3, and the other end of the loop is fixed to the other end of the carriage 3 to seal an opening of a slit S opened in the housing with the seal band. In addition, air vent tubes 8A, 8B are provided as a means to suck the air in the housing 1, the suction ports 8Aa, 8Bb are provided in the vicinity of each end part in the axial direction to suppress the amount of the dust to be generated outside due to the increase in the air pressure at the end part of the housing when the carriage 3 is moved at high speed.
