Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counterflow-type direct heating-type heat exchanger which can suppress abrasion of a container by fluid to be heated.SOLUTION: A counterflow-type direction heating-type heat exchanger A includes: a container 10; a supply pipe 11 horizontally provided in the container 10 and supplying fluid to be heated 1; a supply port 12 provided at an end of the supply pipe 11 and opening downwardly in a vertical direction; and a rectifier 40 connected to the supply port 12. The rectifier 40 includes a cylinder 41 and a guiding plate 45 provided in the cylinder 41. The guiding plate 45 is provided so as to divide inside of the cylinder 41 into a flow path 46a on an upstream side of the supply pipe 11 and a flow path 46b on a downstream side. An upper end of the guiding plate 45 is projected into the supply pipe 11. A flow rate of the fluid to be heated guided in the upstream-side flow path 46a can be increased, and a flow rate drift of the fluid to be heated 1 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
