Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction controller capable of directing a work in a predetermined direction quickly, a ferrule transport device, a ferrule concentricity measurement device, a ferrule transport method, a ferrule transport program, and a record medium.SOLUTION: A direction controller 20 comprises: a direction determination part 29 for determining a direction of a ferrule F having a tip end F2 and a rear end F3; and a ferrule movement part 26 for holding the ferrule F by a holding part 26a, and moving the ferrule F to one of a first outlet 24 and a second outlet 25 according to a determination result of the direction determination part 29. The holding part 26a is formed along a vertical direction L1.
