Abstract:
PURPOSE: To smoothly perform introducing/discharging of a non-circular bottle to/from a bottle base by regulating the bottle base in a certain direction when the bottle is discharged from the bottle base, after the non-circular bottle is introduced to be rotated on its own axis in the bottle base.
CONSTITUTION: A bottle base 1 is moved after rotating on its own axis, and when a roller 16 of an arm 17, fixed to a self rotary shaft 1a, is brought into contact with a linear guide 19, the arm 17 is guided in a tangential direction of a circular track 3. Next, since the roller 16 is brought into contact with a circular guide 18, the bottle base 1 is regulated in a fixed direction. On the other hand, when the arm 17 is brought into contact in a dead point condition with a roller guide 20 arranged in an inlet of the linear guide 19, since the roller guide 20 is moved by this shock to an outside direction of the circular track 3, in cooperation with moving the bottle base 1, the arm 17, receiving reaction force from the roller guide 20, is rotated with the rotary shaft 1a serving as the center, and quickly escaping from the dead point condition can be performed. The roller 16 is brought into contact with the linear guide l9 and guided in the tangential direction of the circular track, to discharge a bottle 6 from the bottle base 1 to an outlet star wheel 5.
