Abstract:
To provide an oriented electromagnetic steel sheet not only excellent in magnetic property, but also excellent in film characteristics after stress relieving annealing, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an oriented electromagnetic steel sheet including a series of processed by hot rolling a steel raw material containing, by mass, C:0.03 to 0.08%, Si:2.5 to 4.5% and Mn:0.03 to 0.30% to prepare a hot rolled sheet, cold rolling the same and conducting decarbonization annealing also worked as primary recrystallization annealing, then applying an annealing separation agent on a steel sheet surface, and conducting finish annealing, the oriented electromagnetic steel sheet having average of standard deviation with O strength when a forsterite ground coated film surface is mapping analyzed with EPMA of 0.15 or less by depositing 25/μmor more of metal particles with average particle diameter of 70 nm or less on a steel sheet surface between cold rolling to decarbonization annealing to prepare final sheet thickness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
