PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the directory information shared management system in which the operability of directory information such as telephone directory information is enhanced. SOLUTION: A directory information registration management means 21a registers and manages directory information. A directory information transmission reception control means 22a conducts transmission reception control of the directory information. A common information registration management means 31 registers and manages common information shared in common by telephone terminal equipments 20a-20n as the directory information. A common information transmission reception control means 32 conducts transmission reception control of the common information.
