Abstract:

To provide a disaster preventing garment which gets used to usual life through four seasons and in which existence of one's identity is checked even in darkness and an escape armamentarium, etc. can be taken refuge more abundantly, more lightly, easily, and quickly while being able to acquire efficacy of flame proofing, waterproof, protection against the cold, floating, and shock absorbing to be rescued.

The disaster preventing garment is formed into a disaster preventing garment in the shape of a coat with a hat with a disaster prevention cloth or a common cloth, has protection against the cold, a duty of an evacuation bag with two or more pockets, a buffer effect with each armamentarium , etc. contained in the inside, and does not sink by containing a float armamentarium.
