Abstract:
To provide a disaster prevention apparatus facilitating the installation, and disaster prevention method.SOLUTION: A fire hydrant apparatus 100 to be installed in a storage part 94 provided at a tunnel wall surface 93 in a tunnel, comprises a housing 11 to be stored in the storage part 94, and a frame 2 at least a part of which is provided at and fixed to the inside of the storage part 94, the frame 2 being provided on the lower side of the housing 11 in the storage part 94. The frame 2 includes a guide groove for guiding the housing 11 inside the storage part 94, and the housing 11 includes a guide projection to be disposed in the guide groove. The housing 11 has such a shape, in plan view, as to be inscribed in a rectangle, with the width direction defined as a longitudinal direction and the depth direction defined as a short-side direction, and when the guide projection and the guide groove are engaged with each other, the housing 11 is freely rotationally turned, with the guide projection defined as a shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
