Abstract:
To provide a disaster prevention coordination facility capable of obtaining a room-staying state of persons in a fire occurrence zone when a fire occurs, so as to enable performance of a rescue activity and a fire fighting activity.SOLUTION: A building or a facility includes: a fire alarm facility 100 for receiving a fire signal from an analog sensor 16 connected to a transmission path 14 pulled out to a warning zone by a receiver 12 so as to output wire warning; and an entering/leaving management facility 200 for unlocking an electric lock 22 when personal information recorded in an IC card carried by a user is read by a card reader 20 and the collation of the read personal information and pre-registered personal information is established, and managing room-staying information by preservation by a client device 15-2. When the receiver 12 of the fire alarm facility 100 detects a fire in the building or the facility, a fire transfer signal is transmitted to the entering/leaving management facility 200, so that the client device 15-2 acquires room-staying information of rooms existing on a fire occurrence floor. Then, displaying is performed to indicate rooms where persons exist, the number of persons, the gender-based number of persons, and room-staying of rescue requiring persons in a disaster such as children and aged persons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
