Abstract:
To secure safe evacuation routes in an area in a non-fire side in a state of being shielded from smoke, heat and flame by partitioning into a fire-side area and the non-fire side area in a longitudinal direction of a tunnel.SOLUTION: In a fire, swivel-type partition devices 16 located at two positions in an upstream side and a downstream side of a fire-side area F including a location of a fire source 100 are swiveled from initial positions along the tunnel longitudinal direction substantially immediately above a watchman's passage 14 to swivel target positions in a tunnel width direction substantially orthogonal to the tunnel longitudinal direction to spread partition sheets 16a. Also, partition sheets 18a, 20a and 22a of a ceiling partition device 18, a watchman's passage partition device 20 and a lateral wall partition device 22 are spread to form a fire partition zone 15, and fire-fighting water is sprayed from a fire-extinguishing head 26 to suppress and extinguish the fire. The swivel-type partition device 16 located at an area NF in the non-fire side spreads a partition sheet 16a without swiveling to form an evacuation partition zone 25 over the watchman's passage 14 to secure the safe evacuation route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
