To provide a low-priced and simple disaster prevention system, for reporting disaster information or local information, by introducing a widely spread cellular phone network for constructing the disaster prevention system, and using a simply configured cellular phone base station.
A cellular phone base station 1 comprises: a CBS receiver 11 for receiving from a high-order network information transmitted by CBS; an information receiver 12 for receiving information of a distribution method that is not CBS; an information analyzer 13 for analyzing the information received by the CBS receiver 11 and the information receiver 12; a state recognizing section 14 for recognizing whether or not an installation state of the station's own is stable; a notifying section 15 including optical, audio and vibrating type notification means; a transmitter 16 for transmitting to an information terminal device information received from the high-order network; and a power source switcher 17 which incorporates a means for supplying to the whole base station 1 a power source from the outside or an internal reserve power source and a means for switching the two power sources.
