Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable multi-purpose utilization as body cover for protecting the whole human body, a stretcher for carrying wounded persons, a protective hood, an emergency bag or the like in emergency evacuation from disasters and furthermore, multi-purpose application in the daily life.
SOLUTION: This disaster prevention utensil is provided with an opening- closing device such as fastener each at upper and lower ends and right and left ends of the surface of a flame resistant, heat insulating and waterproof sheet to make it free to put on or take off. On the rear of the sheet, a stretcher fixing band and an opening-closing fitting are mounted on a belt 8 divided to concurrently serve as stretcher handles and arm paths 7. More than one bands are arranged equally at the central part parallel with right and left ends of the sheet. A string 12 is provided inside a string path 11 each above the bands and at an upper end of the sheet. A figure of a human body is drawn to mark positions indicating how to wear it on the rear of the sheet.
