Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide disaster preventive work cloths which have heat resistance and extremely cold weather resistance in combination and have excellent lightweightness and workability and excellent wearing feel.
SOLUTION: Both of the upper garment 10 and inner garment 20 of the disaster preventive work cloths integrated with the upper garment and the inner garment comprise composite cloth of a three-layered structure consisting of the outer material, intermediate layer and lining consisting of aramid fibers as main components and satisfy the requirements (a) to (c). (a) The outer material of the upper garment comprises 50 to 100wt.% meta-aramid fibers, 0 to 10wt.% para-aramid fibers and 0 to 40wt.% other fire-resistant fibers. (b) The lining of the upper garment and/or the outer material of the inner garment is subjected to moisture permeable coating. (c) The intermediate layer is a laminate formed by superposing plural sheets of aramid fiber felt on each other.
