Abstract:

To perform provision of disaster prevention/reduction information and a disaster risk degree, and derivation of an operation state of disaster prevention/reduction facilities and equipment from disaster predicting information in each target position, and to operate an information provision system, and the disaster prevention/reduction facilities and equipment.

When a processor 16 acquires earthquake focus condition data and acquires tide level data, the processor 16 reads a tsunami height/arrival time from a tsunami prediction table, derives a prediction tide level of the target position in arrival prediction time, and predicts the tsunami height considering the tide level. The disaster risk degree in each the target position according to the predicted tsunami height is read from a disaster risk degree decision table to decide the disaster risk degree, the disaster risk degree and disaster prevention/reduction transmission information are associated to the target position and are stored as a disaster risk degree decision result table. The disaster risk degree and the disaster prevention/reduction transmission information are read from the disaster risk degree decision result table, and a provision destination of the disaster prevention/reduction transmission information according to the disaster risk degree in each the target position and necessity of the equipment 22 operation are derived and delivered to a distribution system 18.
