Title:
DISAZOLAKE PIGMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09217017
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a new disazolake pigment by using a producing raw material having a specific chemical structure and exhibiting excellent optical properties with keeping excellent durability, and extremely low toxicity without sanitary problem at all.

This new disazolake pigment is expressed by the formula (X is hydrogen atom, chlorine atom, methyl, ethyl, methoxy or ethoxy; Y is hydrogen atom or SO3-Mn+; M is an n-valent metal atom; (n) is 2 or 3; A is a residue of an enolizable ketomethylene compound). The compound may be obtained by passing through, e.g. a tetrazotizing process of a sulfonic acid group- containing benzidine compound as a producing raw material, a coupling process of a ketomethylene compound enolizable with a tetrazo compound, a lakifying process of a sulfonic acid group with a metallic salt, and a post-treating process, as necessary.
