Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized disc body conveyance device that does not hold two pieces of disc bodies in the same holding part even when the disc body is pushed back halfway.SOLUTION: Piled disc bodies are configured to: pass through a through-hole formed in a rotor due to rotation of the rotating rotor in a bottom part of a holding container, and drop into a substrate to be held in a holding part; be pushed forward by a pushing part formed in an inward arcuate fashion along the through-hole on a rear surface of the rotor; be guided by a regulation plate retractable in a movement passage of the disc body, and extending in radial direction of the disc body; and be finally sent out to a disc body opening by an outward push-out part formed following the pushing part. When the disc body is reversely rotated, the sent-out disc body tends to return to the holding part formed between the regulation plate and the pushing part, however due to the inward arcuate pushing part, the disc body of a minimum diameter does not have a size as large as two pieces of the juxtaposed disc bodies, which in turn two-pieces of the disc bodies of the minimum diameter are not juxtaposed in the holding part below the through-hole upon reverse rotation of the rotor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
