Abstract:
To provide a disk filter device capable of forming a plastics film which is free from an optical defect by film melt extrusion using a T-die and optically outstanding as well as a method of manufacturing a plastics film using the disk filter device.
The external flow-type disk filter device has a flange 7 which is provided on the molten polymer guide-out port side of a center post 6, and fitted to a casing. Further, the device has a centralized liquid gathering path divided in two parts by the center post 6, and the knife edge-like apex part, of the molten polymer guide-out port side, of the center post 6.
