A disc-shaped cutting tool 1 comprises three component parts 1' parted at an equal interval at three positions in a circumferential direction. The disc-shaped cutting tool 1 is manufactured by cutting a material plate comprising a diamond sintered body, and there is a limit to the outer diameter size of one material plate in manufacturing, but by parting the disc-shaped cutting tool 1 to the three component parts 1', and manufacturing each component part 1' of one material plate, one disc-shaped cutting tool 1 can be composed of three parts 1' in re-grinding, thereby the outer diameter size of the disc-shaped cutting tool can be enlarged to the size of three material plates.
