Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve a rotary balance by integrally molding a magnet rotor and a rotational shaft by mixture powder of iron powder and insulator powder such as plastic powder. CONSTITUTION:A rotor yoke 1 is formed by integrally molding a magnet rotor 7 and a rotational shaft 11 by mixture powder of iron powder and insulator powder such as plastic powder. To form the yoke 1, an armature coil 14 for forming a stator armature of the rotor 7 is molded with the mixture powder to the surface of opposite side planely opposed to the coil 14, thereby forming the yoke 1a on the upper surface of the rotor 7. Thus, since the shaft 11 and the rotor 7 are concentrically disposed correctly, the rotary balance can be improved.
