Abstract:
To provide the discharge counter of a low clamping voltage without complicating components or being enlarged.
A low resistance ZnO element 1 is connected between an arrester side terminal 4 and a ground side terminal 5 and a capacitor 2a charged by a voltage generated when a discharge current flows from an arrester to the low resistance ZnO element 1 and a counter 3 for performing a countihg operation when the discharge current flows from the capacitor are respectively connected counting to the low resistance ZnO element 1. Thus, this discharge counter of the low clamping voltage and manufacturable thickness without complicating the components or being enlarged is provided.
