The discharge device 10 includes a pump 12 with a stem 11 erected so as to be moved downward in an upward energizing state, and a pressing head 16 with a mounting cylinder 13 mounted on the upper end part of the stem and communicated with the inside of the stem and the horizontal cylinder 15 projected to the outer side on the mounting cylinder, communicated with the inside of the mounting cylinder and having a discharge hole 14 formed at the distal end part, and by pressing the pressing head, moving the stem downward and operating the pump in the state of being mounted on the port part 51 of a container body 50, the contents inside the container body are transferred and discharged from the discharge hole through the inside of the horizontal cylinder. The pressing head includes a head body 35 having the mounting cylinder and the horizontal cylinder and a pressing member 36 disposed to the head body so as to be moved downward and moved upward to be restored. The pressing member is provided with a movable plate 38 disposed inside the horizontal cylinder.
