Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise of a motor-driven blower by covering the outer circumference of the motor-driven blower with a soundproofing object having an almost cylindrical shape, engaging one end of the soundproofing object with the outer circumference part of the blower side of the motor-driven blower and disengaging another end of that.
SOLUTION: The motor-driven blower 2 is equipped with a field core 8, the outer surface of the field core 8 is exposed to the outside of the motor- driven blower 2, and the outer circumference part of the field core 8 is covered with the soundproofing object 6 having the almost cylindrical shape. In the soundproofing object 6, one end of the almost cylinder is engaged with the outer circumference part of the blower side of the motor-driven blower 2 and fixed by holding its circumference with a vibration-proof object on blower side 4. On the other hand, another end of that at the back side of the motor- driven blower 2 is formed as a disengaged surface, and all exhaust air discharged from a discharge port 10 of the motor-driven blower 2 is passed through the soundproofing object 6 and discharged from the disengaged surface at the back of the motor-driven blower 2. Thus, the noise of the motor-driven blower 2 is reduced.
