Abstract:
To provide a discharge lamp lighting device capable of improving heat dissipation and vibration resistance of an electronic component and suppressing an increase in size and weight of an entire device.SOLUTION: A discharge lamp lighting device 1 includes a substrate 11 provided with an electronic component 12, a housing 13 in which the substrate 11 is housed, a thermally conductive elastic body 14 provided so as to be sandwiched at least between the electronic component 12 and an inner surface of the housing 13 or between the substrate 11 and the inner surface of the housing 13. In addition, the electronic component 12 includes at least one of a converter circuit and an inverter circuit, and a heat dissipation member 12b that dissipates heat from at least one of the converter circuit and the inverter circuit. The thermally conductive elastic body 14 is provided between a heat dissipation member 12b and the inner surface of the housing 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
