PURPOSE: To improve the pumping-up efficiency by installing an upper gas discharge chamber in a suction pot, gas vent hole for the communication between a motor chamber, and a gas discharge pipe for the communication between the gas discharge chamber and a suction pipe.
CONSTITUTION: An upper gas discharge chamber 5 is formed in the upper part of the motor part 4 in a suction pot 1, and allowed to communicate to a motor chamber 4a through a gas vent hole 13a. The upper gas discharge chamber 5 communicates to a suction pipe 10 at the position higher than the gas vent hole 13a through a gas discharge pipe 15. During the operation, the pressurized fluid is not introduced into the motor chamber, and only the liquid in the quantity used for cooling is returned into a discharge part 3, and a portion of the rest is returned into a lower suction chamber 6, and the reduction of the pumping-up efficiency is prevented.
