Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for discharging a solid raw material from a capsule for the raw material used in a production process, etc., for a food.
CONSTITUTION: A capsule for a raw material is tilted at a prescribed angle while being rotated around the center of the capsule as a shaft, holding the capsule at about -100 angle for a prescribed time, then tilting the capsule to the + side by about 1°, similarly performing operations under the same conditions until the angle attains about +10°, then gradually tilting the capsule within a specific time and discharging the total amount of the raw material at about +20° angle in discharging the solid raw material from the capsule for the raw material in a production process, etc., for a food. Thereby, even a hardly dischargeable solid raw material can efficiently and surely be discharged simply by tilting the capsule for the raw material in the production process, etc., for the food.
