Abstract:
PURPOSE:To execute control in a transient state independently of control in a steady state by deciding the existence of convergency of an estimation parameter in a discrete-time adaptive ON-OFF control means. CONSTITUTION:In the transient state such as the rise time of a device, a controlled variable such as a temperature of a controlled system 1 is applied to a parameter estimation block 5 in the discrete-time type addaptive ON-OFF control means 4 by a sampling detecting means 3. The block 5 estimates a parameter based on the controlled variable and a manipulated variable to the controlled system 100 and determines a discrete-time type model 6, a series of future controlled variables is forecasted by a forecasting block 8 and a series of future manipulated variable are generated from a manipulated variable sequence generating block 7. The manipulated variable of the block 8 is compared with a target value by an evaluation mechanism 9 and the manipulated variable is selected by an optimum manipulated variable selecting block 10 and outputted. A parameter convergence deciding means 13 decides whether the parameter obtained by the model 6 is sufficiently stabilized or not, and at the time of stabilizing the parameter, applies a convergence signal to the block 5 and stops the estimation of the succeeding parameters.
