Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform tuning without exciting a controlled variable during control at a stationary state, by performing the control of the stationary state by using a discrete time type adaptive ON/OFF control function until a parameter in the sampling control of a consecutive manipulated variable is stabilized. CONSTITUTION:A sampling measured value of controlled variable from a measuring part 4 and a preset value from a terminal 8 are supplied to a parameter tuning mechanism 5, and when a difference between them exceeds a prescribed value, control is switched from a PID control block (consecutive manipulated variable sampling control means) 6 to start the tuning of the parameter automatically to an ASC function block (discrete time type adaptive ON/OFF control means) 7. In such a way, the parameter in the sampling control of the consecutive manipulated variable is decided by using the discrete time type model of the ASC function block 7 at the time of performing the tuning of the parameter. Thereby, it is not required to excite the controlled variable at the time of performing the tuning of the parameter, and to perform the tuning of the parameter during the control at the stationary state.
