Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform control by a consecutive manipulated variable after the convergence of a parameter in the control of the consecutive manipulated variable even when it arrives a stationary state, by providing a switching means between a discrete time type adaptive ON/OFF control means and a consecutive manipulated variable sampling control means. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is equipped with a control function switching mechanism 5, an ASC function block (discrete time type adaptive ON/OFF control means) 6, and an I-PD control function block (consecutive manipulated variable sampling control means) 7. The control function switching mechanism 5 discriminates the convergence of the parameter based on a preset value, a controlled variable obtained from a measuring part 4, and the parameter in I-PD control, and operates the ASC function block 6 and the I-PD control function block 7 selectively. And the control of the stationary state is performed until the parameter is stabilized by using an adaptive ON/OFF control function, and after the parameter is stabilized, the control is switched to consecutive manipulated variable sampling control. In such a way, it is possible to perform the control of a consecutive manipulated variable even when the state arrives at the stationary state by using the parameter in the consecutive manipulated variable sampling control.
