Abstract:
To provide a getting-off operation determination device capable of calling an attention at a getting-off time while securing comfort of a crew member, a vehicle, a getting-off operation determination method and a program.SOLUTION: A getting-off operation determination device 10 comprises: an upper body move detection unit 60 for detecting a first state where an upper body of a crew member sitting on a vehicle seat is raised, on the basis of a signal from a first sensor provided in a cabin; a hand position detection unit 62 for detecting a second state where a hand of the crew member sitting on the vehicle seat is proximate to or touches a door inside handle, on the basis of a signal from the first sensor or a second sensor which is different from the first sensor; and a getting-off operation determination unit 64 for determining that the crew member shifts to a getting-off operation in a case where the first state is detected by the upper body move detection unit 60 and the second state is detected by the hand position detection unit 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
