CONSTITUTION: A dish washing and drying machine 1 has a machine main body 3 having a width A' narrower than a standard width A of a device of a build-in kitchen unit 11 and an opening panel 5 attached to a front side periphery of the machine main body 3. By cutting out or replacing the opening panel 5, the width of the dish washing and drying machine 1 can be substantially adjusted.
